Greenko, the Hyderabad-based clean energy firm, and Hero future Energies, a New Delhi-based green energy power producer, are in talks with AT capital group to acquire its Orange Renewables portfolio, the Livemint has reported.
Orange Renewables is a unit of AT Holdings Pte Ltd, and it owns one of the India’s largest renewable energy platforms with an operational capacity of 758 MW, out of which 567 MW of wind projects and 191 MW of solar plants are derived.
