NTPC tenders 10 MW and 3 MW solar projects for Uttar Pradesh and Bihar

State-owned power generator NTPC Limited has invited bids for operations and maintenance of 10 MWp solar plant at its Unchahar plant in district Rai Bareilly of Uttar Pradesh. Completion period for the project is 24 months.

To be eligible, the bidder should have successfully executed the installation and commissioning, or operation and maintenance, of at least one 5 MWp or above capacity solar power plant having connectivity with the grid, during the last seven years. Its average annual turnover in the last three financial years should not be less than Rs 54.72 lakh.

The deadline for bid submission is May 10. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of Rs 200,000. Technical bids will be opened on May 15.

3 MW Bihar tender

As per the 3 MW Bihar tender, the selected developer would be responsible for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 MW solar power plant at NTPC Kahalgaon in Bhagalpur district of the state of Bihar.

To be eligible, the bidder  should  have  designed,  supplied,  erected (or supervised  erection)  and commissioned (or supervised  commissioning  of)  minimum 2.4MWp capacity of solar PV grid-connected power plant. The plant must have been in successful operation for at least six months prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening.

The  average  annual  turnover  of  the  bidder  should  not  be  less  than Rs  17.10 crore during the last three financial years.

The deadline for bid submission is May 3. Bidders are required to deposit bid security of Rs 20,00,000. Technical bids will be opened on May 4.
