REIL tenders solar projects in Maharashtra and Uttarakhand

Jaipur-based Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL) has invited bids for setting up ground-mounted, grid-connected solar power plants in capacities ranging from 500 kWp to 2 MWp—aggregating to 3.5 MW—in the state of Maharashtra.

The plants shall come up on the open, unused lands at various locations/substations of MSEDCL. Evacuation voltage would be 11 kV for all the plants.

To be eligible, the bidder should have average turnover of Rs 10 crore in the last three financial years.

The scope of work includes design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, transportation, unloading, installation, commissioning and 25 years operation & maintenance of the plants.

PV modules used in the plants must be warranted for peak output wattage of not less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.

Uttarakhand rooftop solar projects

The bidders selected against the Uttarakhand tender shall set up grid-interactive rooftop solar power plants in capacities ranging from 100 kWp to 500 kWp at various places of the state.

To be eligible, the minimum annual average turnover of the bidder for the best three out of last five financial years should be at least Rs 10 lakh.

The scope of work includes design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning including 5 years comprehensive warranty maintenance of the plants.

Solar modules and inverters for the plants will be supplied by REIL at site.

Net Metering and grid connectivity of the rooftop solar system would be the responsibility of the bidder.
