State-owned power generator NTPC has invited bids from domestic manufacturers to supply an aggregate 33.6 MWp (DC) of solar modules for its Solapur PV project in Maharashtra.
The work scope includes manufacturing, supply, packing and forwarding, transportation and supervision of installation and commissioning of minimum 330Wp, 1500V DC crystalline solar modules. The modules should have a temperature coefficient of not higher than 0.45%.
To be eligible, the bidder should have manufactured and supplied PV modules aggregating to a minimum of 26 MWp, out of which at least one order should be for a minimum of 6 MWp. The reference plant of 6 MWp or above capacity must have been in successful operation for at least six months before the date of techno-commercial bid opening.
The bidder’s average annual turnover during the preceding three financial years should be a minimum INR 55 crore on the date of the techno-commercial bid opening.
Its net worth at the end of the last financial year should not be less than 100% of paid-up share capital.
