The delivery period is three months, running up to March 22, 2021.

Multicystalline silicon cells are required in peak output ratings of 4.72Wp (size 157×157 mm2 and quantity 6,480,000), 4.67 Wp (size: 157×157 mm2, quantity 60,000) and 4.62 Wp (157×157 mm2, 10,000).

Mono PERC cells are required in 5.62Wp (size 158.75×158.75 mm², quantity 14,400), 5.44Wp (158.75×158.75 mm2, 2664) and 5.27Wp (158.75×158.75 mm2, 936).

For 4.72Wp multicrystalline cells, the first lot of 22,40,000 cells are to be delivered within 30 days from the date of the purchase order, followed by another 22,40,000 cells within 60 days, and the remaining 20,00,000 within 90 days.

The requisite quantity of 4.67Wp, 4.62Wp, 5.27Wp, 5.44Wp and 5.62Wp cells is to be supplied within 30 days from the purchase order date.

Only Indian manufacturers are eligible to bid for multicrystalline silicon solar cell supply. The vendor should have a minimum of 120 MW/annum crystalline silicon cell manufacturing capacity.
