NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Ltd (NVVN), a wholly-owned subsidiary of India’s largest power producer NTPC, has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) for procurement of solar power (round-the-clock, peak basis, etc) generated from its 735 MW PV power project in Nokh, Rajasthan.
The applicants can be industries, hospitals, temples, corporates, government agencies/companies, discoms, etc, with a sanctioned load greater than 2 MW.
The Nokh solar project is scheduled for commissioning between May-July 2022. It shall be connected to a 400 kV interstate transmission system (ISTS).
The power is priced at INR 3.00/kWh at ex-bus of the project and the power procurer shall bear all the charges and losses up to the delivery point.
