NHPC Ltd, on behalf of Bundelkhand Saur Urja Limited (a joint venture of NHPC Ltd. and Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency), has invited bids to set up 45 MW of grid-connected solar power plant in Uttar Pradesh.
The project will be located at village Mirzapur Jagir, in the Jalaun district.
The scope of work includes design, engineering, supply, installation, commissioning of the solar plant, along with associated power evacuation equipment. It also includes operation and maintenance support for a period of five years from the commissioning of the PV plant.
The completion period of the project (including commissioning) is 12 months.
The project must use crystalline silicon modules with a peak power rating of the individual modules not less than 320 Wp. The total capacity of PV modules to be installed for the 45 MW (AC) project is a minimum 55 MWp, which is the cumulative rated capacity of all solar PV modules under standard test conditions.
