Ketan Chitnis, vice president of the stationary storage business unit at Nexcharge, has announced that he will start as business head-advanced cells at L&T Power.
Chitnis will lead the L&T Power business for Li-ion and other cell chemistries, with a focus on profit and loss figures. He has extensive experience in energy storage systems and has worked with brands such as Waaree, Base, and Amara Raja.
Separately, Hyderabad-based renewable energy developer Vibrant Energy has appointed industry veteran Vinay Pabba as its new chief operating officer. Pabba has experience across the power value chain (generation, transmission and distribution) and has a track record of building close to 3 GW of solar and wind assets.
He has held leadership roles in leading renewable energy platforms in India, including Brookfield Asset Management and Greenko Group. In addition, he is the founder of VARP Power and a director on the board of Virescent Infrastructure.
