Poweron unveils new hybrid inverters for residential solar

Share

Poweron has introduced PSE series wall-mountable hybrid solar inverters in three models with nominal power of 3.68 kW, 4.6 kW and 5 kW, respectively. All the three devices have a maximum DC-to-AC conversion efficiency of 97.6%, a European efficiency of 97%, and MPPT efficiency of 99.5%. These are compatible with both lead-acid and Li-ion battery.

The maximum DC input voltage is 550 V. Each inverter has two built-in MPPT trackers. The MPPT tracking voltage is 155-500V for 3.68 kW inverter, 188-500V for 4.6 kW device, and 200-500V for 5 kW.

The inverters can work in either grid-tied or off-grid mode.

The inverters are transformerless and feature convection type cooling, DC switch (optional), RS485 standard, external WiFi or GPRS (optional) communication interface. Total harmonic distortion is below 3%. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +60°C.

The inverters measure 523×495 ×191 mm each and weigh 28 kg (3.68 kW model) and 30 kg (4.6 kW and 5 kW models).
