NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd (NTPC REL) has tendered the land and EHV transmission system package to develop up to 2 GW of ISTS solar PV projects in Rajasthan.
The brief scope of work includes the arrangement of government/private land on leasehold or freehold mode (5 acres/MW) in Bhadla or Fatehgarh regions in Rajasthan; the arrangement of grid connectivity with Bhadla-III or Fatehgarh-IV ISTS substations; and design and construction of EHV transmission system till ISTS sub-station as per technical specifications including arranging for the “Right of Way” of the transmission system.
NTPC REL intends to finance the subject package through its own resources.
