Gujarat-based KP Group and UAE-based Tristar Transport have partnered to develop eco-friendly energy solutions across multiple regions, including India, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, America, and Europe.
The two partners have signed a joint business development agreement. The partnership will leverage the respective expertise of both parties to identify and execute wind, solar, green hydrogen, and green ammonia projects.
Tristar is a fully integrated energy logistics service provider with a global presence in 29 countries. It serves clients nationally and internationally in the downstream oil and gas industry.
KP Group is engaged in solar and wind project development. Its solar arm KPI Green Energy has a portfolio of over 350 MW. The company’s wind vertical, KP Energy, has over 1.5 GW of wind portfolio.
