Telecommunications Consultants India has issued an expression of interest to select the EPC partner for a 25 MW grid-interactive solar project in Mauritius.

The solar plant is to be developed by the owner at a site of around 57 acres in Mauritius. TCIL, which has presence in Mauritius since 1991, is likely to be awarded this project as an EPC contractor on a turn-key basis. The EPC partner selected by TCIL will work on this project with TCIL on an exclusive basis.

The successful bidder’s scope includes design, engineering, procurement, supply, construction, installation/erection, testing and commissioning of the ground-mounted 25 MW (AC) grid-connected solar plant with associated transmission line/cable from plant take-off point to the interconnecting substations and bays at the substation.
