REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Ltd, has invited bids from technical consultants to provide project management consultancy services for two years to set up solar PV plants (floating, ground-mount and rooftop) across India.
“The tender is for empanelment purposes only, and RECPDCL is not liable to ward any such work to the empaneled bidders. Under a specific project, financial bids will be asked by all the empaneled bidders and L1 bidder will be awarded the specific work,” states the tender document.
Bids are invited in two categories of project sizes: Category A (projects up to 10 MW, with a minimum 1 MW floating solar) and Category B (projects more than 10 MW and up to 50 MW, with a minimum 5 MW floating solar).
The scope of work includes submission of technical feasibility report and detailed project report, and project management services.
