Rays Power Infra has signed the term sheet for a 283 MW DC solar PV project with Serentica Renewables, a renewable energy solutions provider to energy-intensive industries.
Under the agreement, Rays Power Infra will execute the 283 MW DC solar PV project in Karnataka, with its scope encompassing engineering, procurement, and construction. It will build the project in the Koppal district using single-axis trackers and bifacial modules.
Rays Power Infra has a commissioned portfolio of 1.30 GWp. It is executing solar parks and plants aggregating to 2 GW with expected commissioning in the next 24 months. It is also targeting its first battery energy storage system (BESS) project and the first floating solar project soon.
The company has a global presence, with large-scale PV installations undertaken in Vietnam and Bangladesh. It is expanding its presence across Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa (MENA) regions.
