China’s Sunpure has secured a contract with India’s Juniper Green Energy to supply water-free robotic cleaning systems for a 107 MW solar project in Maharashtra.
The contract includes the supply of fully automated and semi-automated versions of around 200 Sunpure robotic cleaning systems for the PV project in Maharashtra. The robotic cleaning systems are scheduled to be commissioned in Q4 2023.
“Sunpure will use its advanced artificial intelligence (AI) based communication system for attaining higher return on investment (ROI) by utilizing the concepts of machine learning and deep learning to reduce the OPEX cost,” stated Sunpure.
