Share

RenewSys has launched the n-type TOPCon solar module series. The series includes bifacial modules that offer peak power outputs of up to 650 Wp with front-side efficiencies of up to 23.3%. The bifaciality factor is up to 85%.

The 650 Wp module is built with 156 half-cut mono-crystalline solar cells.

The series also includes modules in 108X (420 W – 450 W), 120X (465 W – 500 W), and 144X sizes (560 W – 600 W).

The modules feature an IP68-rated split junction box and an anodized aluminum alloy frame. These can be used in operating temperatures of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius.

The modules will be commercially available from November 2023.

Headquartered in Mumbai, RenewSys is an integrated PV module manufacturer with 2.75 GW of panel production capacity, 4 GW of encapsulants, 4 GW of backsheets, and 130 MW of PV cells. It has produced and supplied over 22 GW of encapsulants and backsheets worldwide.
