Indian solar manufacturer Grew has appointed Hiten Parekh as president-Global Sales. Parekh previously worked with renewable energy platform O2 Power as assistant vice president-commercial & industrial. He has also held key positions at Navitas Solar, SunEdison, and SolarSquare.
Grew is a flagship venture of the Chiripal Group. Founded in 2022, Grew has started production at its first 1.2 GW module manufacturing unit in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and will soon complete addition of another 1.6 GW TopCon module manufacturing at the same location. The company plans to achieve 6 GW of modules manufacturing capacity and 2.8 GW of solar cells, wafers and ingots by FY 2025.
