Oriano Clean Energy announced that it has received the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for a 50 MW AC/ 75 MWp solar power project from one of the leading developers in India. Its scope of work includes the solar plant’s balance-of-systems (BOS) with 132 KV transmission line and switchyard.
The plant commissioning timeline is 7 months.
Earlier this year, Oriano announced the commissioning of 155 MWp of captive open access capacity for Hira Group in Chhattisgarh. The project is construed into three projects, all connected to the 132 KV infrastructure.
Oriano provides end-to-end solutions from land and connectivity to solar BoS, transmission line and evacuation substations. It has executed more than 1 GWp of PV projects with around 500 MWp delivered in FY 2023-24 itself. The company targets development and construction of more than 1 GWp of projects in the current financial year 2024-25.
