Bluebird Solar has announced the supply of 3.38 MW of PV modules for a commercial & industrial (C&I) solar project located in Bhiwadi district of Rajasthan. Orb Energy has installed the project for C&I client Hi-Tech Gears.
Bluebird Solar stated that the modules supplied fall under the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) and include high-efficiency panels. It supplied 550 Wp mono-facial half-cut PV modules.
The installation consists of total 6,150 solar PV modules, which are designed to provide maximum energy output while minimizing energy losses. The project is projected to generate 4.87 GWh of electricity annually.
Currently, Bluebird Solar has a fully automated manufacturing facility with a capacity of 1.2 GW per year. It produces half-cut mono-facial and bifacial solar PV modules, with power ratings from 400 Wp to 550 Wp. The company is set to expand its product line with the introduction of n-type TOPCon PV modules, which will feature up to 600 Wp power ratings and 16BB M10 solar cells.
