Adani Green Energy has announced financial results for the April-May-June quarter of the current fiscal 2024-25. The company’s consolidated net profit for the quarter is INR 629 crore, compared to INR 323 crore for the corresponding period in the last fiscal. Total income in Q1 FY 2024-25 was INR 3,122 crore, 22.4% up YoY.
Operational capacity increased by 31% YoY to 10.9 GW (7,393 MW solar, 2,140 MW hybrid wind-solar, and 1,401 MW wind) with greenfield addition of 2.6 GW. During the quarter, the company operationalized 2,418 MW of solar power plants (2 GW in Khavda and 418 MW in Rajasthan) and 200 MW wind power plants.
Sale of energy in Q1 increased by 22% year-on-year to 7,356 million units backed by robust capacity addition.
