Gujarat-based K.P. Energy announced today it has received new EPC orders for the development of renewable energy projects aggregating to 1,003.7 MW. The projects, awarded by its parent company KPI Green Energy, include 86.8 hybrid (70 MW solar, 16.8 MW), 641.9 hybrid (518 MW solar, 123.9 MW wind), and 275 MW solar.
The company’s scope of work includes engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the projects.
These projects were won by KPI Green Energy under the various tenders of the Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL).
KPI Green Energy develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains renewable power plants through as an independent power producer and as service provider to captive power producer under the brand name of ‘Solarism’.
