Waaree Energies has reported a total income of INR 3,663.46 crore for the second quarter of FY 2025, 2.95% up compared to INR 3,558.55 crore in Q2 FY 2024. Net profit (profit after tax) for Q2 grew 17.35% year-on-year to INR 375.66 crore.
The company said its production for the first half (April-Sept) FY 2025 reached 3.3 GW, compared to 4.8 GW for FY 2024, as a result of strong operational focus. Order book as on Sep 30, 2024 stands at 20 GW.
Waaree Energies’ Board of Directors have approved an investment up to INR 600 crore to set up and develop the infrastructure (including land and connectivity) for developing renewable power projects and the bidding pipeline.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Waaree Energies operates manufacturing facilities with an installed capacity of 13.3 GW for solar PV modules (including 1.3 GW of Indosolar). It has a presence across India and 25+ countries worldwide, and is also engaged in EPC service and project development in addition to panel manufacturing.
