Waaree Energies Ltd announced today it has secured solar module supply orders totaling 524 MWp (364 MWp and 160 MWp). The awarding companies build, own and operate renewable power projects in India.
Under the contract, Waaree will supply its high-efficiency n-type TOPCon bifacial PV modules with power ratings of 585 Wp, 590 Wp, and 595 Wp.
The module supply is scheduled to commence in FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Waaree Energies operates manufacturing facilities with an installed capacity of 13.3 GW for solar PV modules (including 1.3 GW of Indosolar). It has a presence across India and 25+ countries worldwide, and is also engaged in EPC service and project development in addition to panel manufacturing.
Waaree is recognized as a Tier 1 solar module manufacturer by Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) and operates an NABL-accredited testing lab.
