Waaree Energies announced today it has received PV module supply orders for two solar projects aggregating to 398 MW. “The orders are for project capacities of 249 MW and 149 MW, respectively, from a [domestic] renowned customer engaged in the business of owning, developing and operating renewable power projects in India,” said the company.
The supply of solar modules is scheduled to commence in FY 2025-26.
Waaree Energies will supply 298 MW and 149 MW of PV modules for the two projects aggregating to 398 MW.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Waaree Energies operates manufacturing facilities with an installed capacity of 13.3 GW for solar PV modules (including 1.3 GW of Indosolar).
