SJVN Green Energy Ltd (SGEL), an arm of SJVN Ltd, has launched a tender for selection of solar power developers to set up 1,352 MW of grid-connected, ground-mounted PV projects under Component C of the PM-KUSUM Scheme.
SGEL had bagged 1,352 MW capacity through tariff based competitive bidding in a tender for procurement of solar power under Mukhya Mantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 Scheme launched for implementation of feeder-level solarisation. The 1,352 MW capacity will be installed through 102 solar power projects in four districts of Maharashtra.
SGEL will enter into a power purchase agreement with the successful bidders for a period of 25 years.
