Saatvik Green Energy Ltd has won a contract worth over INR 1,500 crore to supply 1 GW of solar PV modules. The manufacturer said that it has secured the contract from a leading energy producer.
Saatvik will supply n-type TOPCon solar PV modules from its manufacturing unit in Ambala, Haryana.
Currently, Saatvik Green has a solar module production capacity of 3.8 GW per annum, which it plans to expand to 7.8 GW by Dec. 2025.. It will also commission a 3 GW PV cell line by Dec. 2025. Saatvik is also building 2 GW of encapsulant capacity and setting up ancillary product units (aluminium frames, junction boxes and ribbons).
