Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd, the solar EPC arm of Waaree Group, has reported financial results (unaudited) for the third quarter and nine-months ended on Dec. 31, 2024.
Revenue for nine-months ended on Dec. 31, 2024 (9M FY 2025) stood at INR 1,121.17 crore, 85.87% up year-on-year compared to INR 603.19 crore in comparative period of FY 2024. EBITDA grew by 39.95% YoY to INR 184.57 crore. Net profit (profit after tax) was 43.94% up to INR 135.16 crore.
Revenue for Q3 FY 2025 stood at INR 360.35 crore as compared to INR 324.19 crore in Q3 FY 2024. EBITDA stood at INR 71.92 crore as compared to INR 87.81 crore in Q3 FY 2024.
Waaree Renewable Technologies said it has an unexecuted orderbook of 3.4 GWp to be executed in 9-15 months. Recent order wins include 2,012.47 MWp ground-mounted solar PV project from a private-sector power producer and a 41.6 MWp plant.
The company plans to foray into EPC for Data Centre industry in India and globally.
