Vikram Solar announced that it has secured an order to supply 1 GW of solar modules. Under this contract, Vikram Solar will supply its Hypersol n-Type TOPCon glass-to-glass modules (rated 580 Wp and above) to fulfill the order for JSW Neo Energy projects. The manufacturer said these modules are specifically designed to deliver enhanced efficiency, making them ideal for large-scale solar installations.
The modules will be deployed in JSW Neo Energy Ltd’s renewable energy projects in the Indian states of Karnataka, Gujarat and Rajasthan. These will be manufactured at Vikram Solar’s facilities in Falta (West Bengal) and Oragadam (Chennai).
Headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, Vikram Solar has a cumulative PV module production capacity of 3.5 GW as of March 31, 2024.
