Advait Energy Transitions receives corporate affairs ministry’s approval to set up transmission tools company

Ahmedabad-based Advait Energy Transitions announced today that it has secured the Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary, Advait Transmission Tools, with its registered office located in Gujarat.

Advait Transmission Tools will focus on the business of assembly, manufacturing and trading of stringing tools for power transmission line business. “The business of the proposed subsidiary is not outside the main line of business of the company,” stated Advait Energy Transitions.

Advait Energy Transitions offers end-to-end solutions for power transmission, substation, and telecommunication infrastructure and diversified into renewable energy in 2023.

Advait Transmission Tools will focus on assembling, manufacturing, and trading of stringing tools used for construction, operation, engineering, and maintenance of power transmission lines. . It will also carry on the business of manufacturing, buying, selling, reselling, importing, exporting, transporting, storing, promoting, marketing or supplying, trading, and dealing in all types of power transmission line tools, on retail as well as on wholesale basis in India or elsewhere outside India.
