Waaree Energies announced it has secured an order from Aditya Birla Renewables arm ABREL EPC to supply 410 MW of n-type TOPCon bifacial solar modules.
Under the contract, Waaree Energies will manufacture and supply n-type TOPCon glass-to-glass modules rated at 585 Wp. It said these modules are designed for captive usage among commercial and industrial (C&I) customers.
Deliveries are scheduled between May and September across project locations in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Waaree Energies operates manufacturing facilities with an installed capacity of 15 GW for solar PV modules (including 1.3 GW of Indosolar and 1.6 GW in Texas, USA). The company also has 1.4 GW of cell manufacturing facility with expansion planned up to 5.4 GW.
