Aarti Industries, a Maharashtra-headquartered chemical manufacturer, has partnered with Clean Max Enviro for a 16.50 MW captive wind-solar hybrid power project.
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions will set up the plant through a special-purpose vehicle Clean Max Indus (49% owned by Aarti Industries) to cater to Aarti Industries’ power requirement. The delivery of RE power is expected to start by H1 FY 2026-27.
Aarti Industries has also signed a renewable PPA with Prozeal.
With these PPAs, Aarti Industries’ renewable share in total power purchase is expected to exceed 75% in Q1 FY 2027.
