Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions will set up the plant through a special-purpose vehicle Clean Max Indus (49% owned by Aarti Industries) to cater to Aarti Industries’ power requirement. The delivery of RE power is expected to start by H1 FY 2026-27.

Aarti Industries has also signed a renewable PPA with Prozeal.

With these PPAs, Aarti Industries’ renewable share in total power purchase is expected to exceed 75% in Q1 FY 2027.
