Adani Green Energy Ltd’s arm Adani Renewable Energy Holding Twelve Ltd (AREH12L) has received a Letter of Award from Uttar Pradesh Power Corp. Ltd (UPPCL) for supply of 400 MW solar power at a tariff of INR 2.57/kWh for a period of 25 years. It will develop grid-connected PV projects in Rajasthan to supply power to UPPCL.
The announcement follows commissioning of 396.7 MW of power projects (287.5 MW solar and 109.2 MW wind) at Khavda, Gujarat, by Adani Green Energy Ltd through its various wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries.
With commissioning of this plant, Adani Green Energy Ltd ’s total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 13,487.8 MW.
