AMPIN Energy Transition has secured a power purchase agreement (PPA) with medical device manufacturer Poly Medicure for a 10 MWp solar project in Haryana.
The developer will supply solar power to Poly Medicure’s five plants in Faridabad from its 75 MWp solar park in Kurungawali Sirsa, Haryana. This will help replace 35% of Poly Medicure’s conventional power consumption and reduce power costs by 30% compared to existing discom rates in addition to reinforcing Poly Medicure’s sustainability commitment by helping to reduce Scope-2 emission.
AMPIN Energy Transition has a total portfolio of 5 GWp spread across 22 states in India. Headquartered in New Delhi with regional offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata, it has a balanced portfolio of renewable energy assets using a blend of solar, wind and storage to provide green power to utility and commercial & industrial customers.
