BGR Tech Ltd, a Chennai-based oil & gas processing and green hydrogen production equipment manufacturer, and Chemie-Tech, a Dubai-based EPC company, have joined hands to execute multi-megawatt green hydrogen and ammonia projects on lump sum turnkey basis worldwide. The two companies recently signed a Heads on Agreement (HOA) for the collaboration.

Chemie-Tech is a project developer and EPC services provider in the oil and gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure sector with 25 years of experience across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Australia, and India. It operates from its headquarters in Sharjah, UAE, with an in-house engineering centre in Vadodara, India.

Under this partnership, BGR Tech will provide green hydrogen generation and purification equipment, including electrolysers and associated engineering expertise, leveraging its extensive experience in manufacturing and technology integration. Chemie-Tech will be responsible for the execution of these projects, covering concept to commissioning. Implementation will majorly focus on front-end engineering design, final investment decision support, licensor tie ups, design, engineering, supply and integration of balance-of-plant, construction, erection, commissioning (EPC), and operations & maintenance.

“This collaboration aims to accelerate the global adoption of green hydrogen by offering efficient and scalable solutions to industries seeking sustainable energy alternatives. With BGR Tech’s robust engineering capabilities and Chemie-Tech’s expertise in large-scale project development and execution, the partnership is poised to deliver impactful, future-ready green hydrogen and ammonia infrastructure,” stated BGR Tech.
