RenewSys India (RenewSys), India’s first integrated manufacturer of solar modules and its key components, announced today that has been awarded with the Platinum Rating by EcoVadis, a France-based international sustainability ratings organization.
The platinum rating was awarded following a rigorous assessment of RenewSys’ sustainability practices, placing the company among the top 1% of organizations evaluated worldwide.
With this achievement, RenewSys has become the first and only solar company in India, and among the very first globally, to earn the EcoVadis Platinum rating.

EcoVadis assesses over 150,000 companies annually on 21 sustainability criteria across four pillars: environment, labour & human rights, sustainable procurement, and ethics. With an overall score of 86/100, RenewSys is in the 99th percentile, setting it apart from industry peers and reinforcing its commitment to outstanding sustainability performance.
