Greenko founders-owned AM Green will partner with Chinese multinational Envision Energy to manufacture wind turbines in India for green energy projects of AM Green and its customers. The two companies will also collaborate on net-zero industrial parks and green hydrogen projects in India and globally.

Petronas arm Gentari and Japan’s IHI have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop a global green ammonia value chain and commercial demonstration of ammonia-powered gas turbine.

The International Solar Alliance’s Global Solar Facility (GSF) includes payment guarantee, insurance and investment fund components to catalyze solar investments in underserved geographies.

Larsen & Toubro has presence across green hydrogen project development/EPC, electrolyzer manufacturing, and battery cell manufacturing. As a hydrogen council member, the company intends to foster collaboration within the hydrogen industry. 

Gentari and Greenko founders-owned AM Green will jointly invest in the green ammonia platform, AMG Ammonia, to produce and export green ammonia from India. Both partners bring complementary capabilities across the green hydrogen value chain, including renewable energy, electrolyzers, and ammonia production and marketing capabilities. GIC will also invest in AMG Ammonia.

SJVN Green Energy Ltd will pilot a 2 MW floating solar project based on Norwegian firm Ocean Sun’s membrane-based floater technology. Once this pilot project succeeds, the two companies will collaborate to deploy this technology on a large scale in the southern part of India. 

NTPC’s R&D center NETRA and Engineers India Ltd (EIL) will collaborate in carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS), green hydrogen, and green ammonia.

AmpIn Energy Transition, a renewable energy developer with 3 GWp of project portfolio, has joined hands with Jupiter International Ltd to set up a 1.3 GW per annum solar cell and module manufacturing facility under the government’s production-linked incentives (PLI) scheme.

Jakson Green has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Deendayal Port Authority to develop a green ammonia facility at Kandla Port in Gujarat. The plant is projected to produce 133,000 tons of green ammonia per annum. 

Electricity generator Stanwell Corporation has supersized its plans to develop grid-scale iron flow battery storage systems in collaboration with Queensland-based battery manufacturer Energy Storage Industries – Asia Pacific, announcing a binding agreement that could deliver a 150 MW commercial battery by as early as 2029.
