The meeting resulted in strategic actions that align with the company’s ongoing commitment to growth, innovation, and corporate governance.
At the meeting, the Board approved the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. These financial results, reviewed in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, reflect the company’s strong performance in a dynamic market. The Limited Review Report on these financials was also approved, further solidifying the company’s commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance.
In a move that signifies the company’s evolving focus on energy transition solutions, the Board proposed a name change from “Advait Infratech Limited” to “Advait Energy Transitions Limited” (AETL). This proposed name change underscores AIL’s strategic shift towards becoming a leader in energy transition solutions, marking a new chapter in the company’s history. The name change is subject to necessary approvals from the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, BSE Limited, the shareholders at the forthcoming General Meeting, and other regulatory authorities.
Additionally, the Board approved the alteration of the company’s MOA and AOA to reflect the proposed name change. These alterations will be implemented following the requisite approvals from the concerned authorities and the company’s shareholders.
In terms of corporate governance, the Board has taken note of the resignation of Ms. Daisy Mehta from her role as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from the close of business on August 14, 2024. Ms. Mehta’s resignation, tendered on August 9, 2024, marks the end of her tenure with the company, during which she contributed significantly to AIL’s governance and compliance frameworks.
