Jakson Group is championing green energy for Ayodhya city in Uttar Pradesh through its state-of-the-art 40 MW AC (57.6 MW DC) solar power plant, a project awarded by NTPC Green Energy Ltd. The 100,000+ solar modules, utilized in this project, were manufactured at Jakson’s cutting-edge facility in Noida.

This project located on the banks of the Saryu River is expected to offset over 300 thousand tons of CO2 per year, equivalent to removing 54,027 fuel engine cars off the road. This project is anticipated to generate 87 million units annually, which will be integrated into the grid, satisfying the escalating power needs of Ayodhya city, Jakson announced earlier.

Jakson Group has also installed a 250kW solar rooftop at the recently inaugurated Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya.

In addition, the Group has provided 750 kVA and 500 kVA CPCB IV+ compliant diesel generators, guaranteeing continuous power supply to the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir in the city.

Established in the year 1947, the Jakson Group has evolved from specializing in diesel generator manufacturing to becoming a multifaceted energy solutions provider. The company provides solutions across distributed energy, solar power, eco-friendly energy sources, alternative fuels, and high-tech energy storage systems, as well as renewable, civil, and infrastructure EPC services. It is also expanding its fully automated solar module manufacturing facility in Noida to 2.5 GW.
