Senvion India secures 121.5 MW order from Continuum Green Energy

Senvion India, a leading company in the Indian wind turbine manufacturing and renewable energy sector, is pleased to share the intake of a significant order from Continuum Green Energy. This order encompasses 45 units of the 2.7M130 wind turbine generators (WTGs), amounting to a total capacity of 121.5 MW, with delivery to begin in 2025.

The project will involve the supply, erection, and commissioning of the turbines, and the Unit Sub-Station (USS). Engineered to excel in India’s varied wind environments, the 2.7M130 turbine integrates cutting-edge technology and innovative design, significantly improving energy generation efficiency and lowering operational expenses. These turbines, with their modular and adaptable architecture, are perfectly suited for low-wind sites, ensuring increased reliability and performance.
