Vikram Solar, one of India’s leading module manufacturers and a comprehensive EPC solutions & rooftop solar provider, has appointed Milind Kulkarni as the Chief Technical officer (CTO). CTO’s role will be critical in product and technology development and manufacturing design and process development, while supporting the company’s expansion and achieving technological breakthrough.
Kulkarni has a PhD in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He has a profound experience of over 24 years with skills in technology development and deployment, product development, application engineering and pre-sales, market intelligence and insight-led decision making. He has hands-on experience in the Renewable Sector and also experience in various leadership roles across semiconductor and solar energy.
Prior to joining Vikram Solar, Kulkarni has served in various leadership roles with entities including Suzlon, Svagos Technik, Inc, GCL Solar Materials, SunEdison and MEMC Electronic Materials.
